Terms and Conditions
Liability
With respect of any products supplied, Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential expenses incurred, loss or damages. The customer shall indemnify Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited against all claims made against Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited by any third party.
Payment
Payment for goods ordered shall be in advance. We accept American Express, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Visa. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT where applicable is included in the prices shown.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be added to the final price in accordance with the charges shown. Charges for postage are: 1-3 items £4.50, 4-8 items £6.00 and 9 items or over £10.00. For all orders were the value of the goods is more than £28.00, the order will be sent 'Special Delivery' for the UK and 'International Signed For' outside the UK. There is a delivery surchage of 17.5% for customers outside the European Union (EU). This surchage is included within the prices shown.
Delivery
While every effort is made to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt, Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited cannot be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of orders caused by postal or courier services used by Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited, or for any reason outside the control of Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited. If any item ordered is not in stock we will inform the customer by phone or email, provided the customer has given their contact details, to inform the customer we will not be able to despatch the item within 5 working days to enable the customer to change or cancel their order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Time is not of the essence. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Prices
Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited reserves the right to change prices or add or delete items offered at any time without giving notice.
Claims
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Claims for damage or deficiency of any order must be received within five working days of receipt. Credit for or replacement of goods not received by he customer in good order will be at the discretion of Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited.
Obligation to Supply
Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.
Contract
Any contract with Planet Botanic (Tunbridge Wells) Limited will be construed in accordance with the Law in England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
